Strangers' Reunion is one of the more popular cafes lately and my friends and I decided to head down to Outram to give it a try. It was pretty crowded on a Saturday morning so we had to wait a while before being seated. The decor of the cafe is pretty unique, having a more rustic feel. Food wise, all of us ordered their breakfast sets. We liked the Eggs on Toast set which gives you the option to choose the type of eggs and other additions to the set. We also had the Egg Net Tempura Soft Shell Crab and Egg and Bacon Ciabatta. I really can't say much about the food except it was just average and nothing to wow about. We were pretty disappointed about the standard, and was looking forward to having their waffles, which we heard Strangers' Reunion was really famous for. Unfortunately, at 1pm the waffles were already sold out. No further explanation was given for that so we left the place in search for other dessert options.Whether I'll head all the way down again to try their famous waffles, I'm not so sure. Probably not in the near future.
