I happened to be in the vicinity so got down from the car to grab a quick bite. As I was in a hurry, I did not order a lot. I ordered a plate of bee Hoon with two ngoh hiang and their fried tau gua. The tau gua although deep fried on the outside was very juicy and soft on the inside. The ngoh hiang was very tasty and the outside was deep fried till very crispy. The chilli sauce was really good, sourish and spicy went really well with the bee Hoon. I was rather impressed with the chilli, it was one of the nicer ones I have tasted. As a whole it was really delicious. continue reading

My favourite stall with the ngioh hiam. The outer skin is crispy though at times it may be slightly over fried, the fillings are nice and tender. The bee hoon is simple and nice, not sweet but a little salty. The chilli goes well with the beancurd, which is also quite smooth. continue reading

This place has one of the best Ngioh Hiam and Dao Gia I have ever tasted. The Dao Gua are always very nicely fried without any openings. Crispy on the outside soft on the inside. The Ngioh Hiam is one that I have never ever tasted if equal texture before. It's fillings are very tasty and the plus point, no fats in it!Chilli sauce and sweet sauce also taste unique too! continue reading
