Upon reaching, we are a little surprised that the caffe is actually in one of the office buildings. In the first place, we are wondering where is Raeburn Park. It's actually at the back of the railway station. However, we love the ambience and less crowd. They have a monthly special where you can order chilled drink like cranberry or soft drinks in a jar for $12 and juices at $18. Too bad we are too early for the mother's day promotion where in a single bill, you can order 2 main courses and mum get to eat for free! Only on the 12th May 2013 so get going tomorrow! Ordered: beef burger, fish and chips & clam linguine in white wine & molten lava cake with ice cream. Beef burger: portion is just nice, and review from hubby that the beef is of quality. Fish and chips: Small portion but overall, quality I guess. Clam linguine: Lots of clams and the linguine is nicely cooked. Molten cake: yummy but finds it over-priced. We will still go back there again. continue reading

Codfish with vegetables. Enjoyed the combination of the crisp skin and flaky tender meatMy first time trying squid ink pizza and loved it!The best ever Tiramisu ever....Had dinner in Parco with 2 friends. We tried the codfish, salmon pizza, spaghetti, followed by Tiramisu and Molten Lava chocolate deserts, and left stuffed and satisfiedThe waiters were really attentive and made sure our glasses were always filled. Also liked the change of plates during the meal, despite the affordability of the whole mealA very nice place to have conversation, chill out with friends, that we left after 3 and a half hours! continue reading

Was there for their restaurant week special and was overwhelmed by the effort put in to transform an old school to a classy restaurant. Must had spent millions! It features an open concept kitchen whereby diners can look straight into it and watch their food being cooked right in their eyes. The place was packed so I strongly recommend having a reservation to prevent unnecessary wait or disappointment. First course was carpaccio. Light and refreshing without the bloody taste of rare beef. Second course, chicken roulard soup was wonderfully done, exceptionally flavourful. Third course was seafood linguine. Simple but bursting with freshness of the sea. There seems to be more seafood than pasta. The main course I chose was lamp rack with minty pumpkin. Nicely roasted to medium. Enjoyed the original flavours and tenderness of the lamp with a tinkering taste of orange, lemon and mint. Dessert was tiramisu and was exactly what I expects a tiramisu to be. Excellent. Service was forecoming and can see that they are trying their utmost best to please. continue reading
