Did you hear that? Buffet bells are jingling away and we can't think of a better way to celebrate Christmas than relishing in these gastronomic offerings with your loved ones. We're less than 2 weeks away from Christmas so make those reservations fast and come 24th and 25th of December, hop on those sleighs and make your way down to dish in these hotel buffet "feastivities". We've listed 10 great ones for you!

For a celebration with an Italian flair, Basilico pulled out all the stops to come up with a glorious buffet spread. Start off an impressive meal with over 20 Italian cheeses. There’s even a Burrata Bar and Caviar Station where you can find creations such as the Black Truffle Burrata and the Avruga, Trout, Salmon, and Lobster Caviar.
For the mains, on the menu are Creamy Lobster, Lemon Risotto, Honey Spiced Smoked Ham; the definite must-try is the true-to-tradition Rosemary Roasted Rack of Veal with Radicchio Trevisano. End of the meal with desserts, something Italians are known for. Tiramisu, Crème Brulee al Marsala, and Pannacotta are just some of these heavenly creations. More of them are laid out at Basilico.

Mouth-watering selections include a Crackling Pork Knuckle doused in bier sauce, Traditional Roast Goose with black pepper jus and Salmon En Croute with dill beurre blanc. The Two-tone Truffle Roasted Turkey comes with winter cranberry jam and gilbert gravy. Don’t walk away from the dessert bar without their signature waffles located right next to the gleaming chocolate fondue fountain. And back by popular demand, the chocolate-rich Raspberry Buche Noel returns with a new Mango Buche Noel by its side, covered in a mildly sweet mango glaze with fresh berries.

On 24 December 2013, Coffee Lounge is having the Lunch/High Tea Buffet. With two seatings, diners can indulge in various appetizers, salads, seafood on ice, hot mains, and desserts. Some items to watch out for are the Roast Gammon Ham and the Traditional Christmas Turkey. Mix it up with desserts like the Traditional Chocolate Yule Log, Christmas English Fruit Cake, and some Homemade Christmas Cookies. Buffet on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day shouldn’t be missed for there are more items to devour ‘till you’re stuffed like Santa.
