The Buche Passion Star Passion Cake and Cupcake
As for the festive goodies, Orchard Hotel’s new Pastry Chef Chee Leong has created two new highlights for Christmas. This is the Buche Passion Star which comes in two versions: the 750g Buche Passion Star Cake and the six delightfully packaged Cupcakes.
A visual sight to see, the Passion star is made in the shape of a snowy mountain… quite an interesting concept for you don’t really see this scene in tropical Singapore. As for what’s inside this cake, it’s made of light citrus chiffon sponge cake mixed with passion fruit mousse. For that added crunch, it’s also topped with passion fruit meringue bits and snow. You can either buy these for your family to enjoy during your Christmas celebration or you can give them as gifts for your loved ones.
The main finale--Roasted Turkey!
Other new offerings which you can look forward to are the Red Berries, Rose Log Cake, Homemade Raspberry or Strawberry Marshmallow, Orchard Christmas Brandy Fruit Cake, and the Christmas Cempedak Gateaux Basque.
