Food Republic opens its 13th outlet at the basement of Shaw House – the latest food atrium addition to Orchard – with 18 food stalls and four mini restaurants in a spacious setting that seats 700 people comfortably. The first being Toa Payoh Lorong 7 Teochew Fishball Noodle, which serves huge succulent fishballs made from superior yellowtail fish. Another popular pick that never fails to satisfy is Chai’s Original Sliced Fish Soup. The fried fish slices contain 100% fish meat with no flour batter in a light yet tasty soup.
