The new weekday lunch specials feature divine creations by Aussie Chef Peter Rollinson. Perfect for executive lunches or a private lunch date, the lunch specials are available Monday to Friday from 12pm to 4pm and come in your choice of a 2-course meal or a 3-course meal (both with coffee or tea, 2-course without dessert) at an affordable price of just $28++ and $32++ respectively. Tempting creations to choose from include appetisers like Meredith goat cheese and leek tart topped with hazelnut vinaigrette and herbs, mains such as the tender corn-fed chicken breast with chickpea puree, sautéed pumpkin and spinach with shallot salad (pictured above) and the ‘so-good-it-melts-in-your-mouth’ 450 days grain-fed Rangers Valley Wagyu rump cap with potato puree and chimichurri and of course, the desserts: the must-try Tunisian brik pastry with lemon curd, pistachio and mixed berries (pictured below) and the very unique warm filo-wrapped Manchego with red wine poached raisines and apple granite.
