It is well established that healthy or clean eating F&B establishments are on the rise throughout this past year. Foodology Fresh has recently pimped up their current menu to cater to the working crowd at the Central Business District with a full menu of fresh items that will not give you the dreaded post-lunch food coma.
Food prices around the area can be competitive; hence Foodology Fresh has retained its reasonable price tag while still offering generous servings with each food item. Salads, Wraps and Sandwiches start from $7 onwards.
Grab-&-Go
With a grab-and-go concept, you can pick up a fresh meal of your choice then bring it to the counter for payment. This makes it a lot more convenient for a busy individual to choose their preferred meal to go.
Alongside the growing trend of healthy living and clean eating, Foodology Fresh aims to offer clean meals with the freshest ingredients to cater to everyone’s health concerns and needs. The items on the menu fulfill five categories: Vegetarian, sugar-free, lactose-free, gluten-free and trans fat-free.
What to Try
1. Tandoori Chicken Wrap ($8.80). Singaporeans love their spices and this wrap is a burst of flavour with every bite. Onion-Chilli Raita dressing is used on top of a fiery chicken tikka. If you are not a fan of spicy food, fret not because the added mayonnaise, lettuce and cucumbers balance the flavours out perfectly so this wrap is good for anyone. Try this with their warm mushroom or pumpkin soup (+$3) and you are set for a satisfying meal.
2. Smoked Duck Breast Salad ($8.80). A combination of beetroot with sweet potatoes, feta cheese and the duck breast is a party of different flavours – sweet, savoury and sour. It served with an orange balsamic dressing which holds the whole dish together. One portion of this salad is guaranteed to fill you up.
