Traditional longevity peach buns, better known as shou tao, are a must–have for any celebration in a Chinese restaurant as it symbolizes eternal blessings and longevity. Instead of the usual lotus paste, a restaurant signature buttery-sweet egg custard filling oozes as you sink your teeth in.
