This August, FIJI Water collaborates with Kerbside Gourmet to bring to us a two-day pop-up event (15 to 16 August) starring Los Angeles’ food truck sensation The Lime Truck and winner of Food Network’s The Great Food Truck Race’s second season, Daniel Shemtob.

Coined by fans as the “gourmet restaurant on wheels”, The Lime Truck will be dishing out signatures like the Braised Pork Belly Taco, Fresh Fish Ceviche Tostada and Blue Crab & Jimaca Taco. Each dish comes with a complementary bottle of FIJI Water and all proceeds will be donated to Willing Hearts, a non-profit organization that helps provide for the needy in Singapore. Where can I find The #FIJIWaterLimeTruck? The food truck will be parked outside orchardgateway on 15th August from 7pm to 10pm and 16th August from 5pm to 9pm.
