Tippling Club, the award-winning restaurant and bar known for its experimental cuisine, has launched new tasting and cocktail menus. Led by chef-owner Ryan Clift and head bartender Kamil Foltan, the new offerings are mainly influenced by the team’s travels worldwide, in particular Japan.
At Tippling Club, customers can choose from the 5 course Classic or 10 course Gourmand menu, with optional cocktail and wine pairing.
The newest addition to the Classic menu is Eel, an interpretation of the classic English dish, jellied eel. Served with a briny fish, mustard ice cream and a crunchy shallot nest, this dish also pays homage to Chef’s Ryan Clift roots.
Meanwhile, the Gourmand menu combines Hungarian and Japanese elements to create the dish, Mangalica Pork Collar, served with a miso and yuzu curd and pickled vegetables in rice bran.
At the bar, customers can opt for the new Lime & Tofu Daiquiri, a rum-based cocktail with edible garnishes or Pablo, a fruity South American-inspired cocktail. For the more adventurous drinkers, go for PB+J, a vodka cocktail inspired by the classic American sandwich.
New desserts such as Textures of Milk, a meringue-like marshmallow made from macadamia milk, and Mandarin Cheesecake will be able to satisfy your sweet tooth.
