The Silk at 3rd floor, SICC Upper Thomson.We came as a group of 4 and was served by a very friendly waiter, Jeff who gave us good recommendations.This is very juicy and does not break easily when picked up by chopsticks.This dish was a bit disappointing as the meat was not tender enough. They should either steam longer or choose a better quality meat.This is very tasty and crispy. We liked this very much. Strong recommendation for this dish.The skin was very crispy and the duck was not too fatt
