Sergeant Hainanese Chicken Rice - Food Republic (已結業)

This is supposed to be a famous chicken rice chain. The chicken meat and rice is alright. Not the best I've had in Singapore but pretty good. Not cheap either - must be because they've become famous. They are comparably less oily and sickening then most hawker centre chicken rice. The chicken is roasted perfectly. You can order a half bird or a whole bird to share with others if you like. Service is fast and efficient. Be prepared to speak Chinese because staff these days are from China.

I often walk pass & will always find that there's a nice chicken rice fragrances so we decided to give for a try I ordered the roasted chicken riceIt quite expensive for a set ,about $6.50 set with veg The rice is wet type,their chicken is very smooth & tender overall i rate 7/10
