my sister and I pooled money to buy a box of bird nest for our mother for mother’s day. We went into eu yan sang, with the intention of just buying bird nest, but when we got there, they had so many kinds which left us pretty much stunned and undecided. Luckily the staff at this shop was so friendly and helpful. She asked who were we buying the bird nest for, when we told her it was for our mum, she recommended this bird nest. It has pearl powder and collagen. She said that not only our mum can drink it, even us also can. It was pretty expensive but we still bought a box of six. Our mum was really touched and she gave my sister one bottle each to drink together with her. It turned out really good, the bird nest was reduced sugar so it was not too sweet, but the mellowness of the rock sugar did go really well with the bird nest. Cos for bird nest, if it is too sweet, it will overpower the taste of the bird nest, even though the essence is there, you will just be distracted with the sweetness of it. It also contained pearl powder which was really good for skin and collagen to prevent aging. You can actually taste the bird nest, rather premium grade, a little crunchy. The entire mixture is a little thick, it is unlike some shops where their bird nest is very watery. You can taste the richness of the bird nest at every mouth. I totally savoured every single drop of it. Normally for top grade bird nest, you have to take the effort to brew everything yourself and it is pretty much time consuming. But for eu yan sang’s bird nest, all the trouble is saved and you can readily enjoy it. Though expensive, a bottle of it is packed with so much benefits, make you feel it was very worth it.
