I was here to get breakfast before proceed to work. I decided to take away a packet of fried bee hoon with a fried chicken wing and fried ngor hiang added.The bee hoon was fried simply with bean sprouts and basic seasoning to give it the taste and flavor. The texture of the bee hoon is unbroken, moist and fluffy. The fried chicken wing was fried well and not oily. The ngor hiang tasted just normal. This is the simple breakfast that i enjoyed.
