It was a Monday morning and many of the stall were closed at Teban Gardens Market and Food Centre. Normally, I will not go for heavy breakfast ie no rice no noodle. I always liked ordering the beehoon from this stall as the noodles are always fried just right and I love the seasonings they add to enhance the taste of the beehoon. This time around, I got the mix of beehoon and yellow noodle. As the ngoh hiang is just fried and replenished onto the plates, I decided to add a ngoh hiang to my noodles.
