Hup Kee Fried Oyster Omelette is located at one of the stalls in the inner circle of Newton Food Centre among the BBQ stalls specializing in Fried Oyster.Hup Kee's Fried Oyster was more towards the dryer version thus not overly starchy. The portions of starch and egg came in good ratio and was rather crispy. Simply love the creamy big oysters with simple coriander as the garnishing. Picking up these fresh oysters were abit tricky with the pair of chopsticks as they were quite wobbly.
