Every dish we tried was excellent, with the fried oyster, fried fish, herbal prawn, and herbal jelly being standouts. The crab was also very fresh and perfectly prepared.Special thanks to Ms Mary, whose service made the meal even more memorable. She was warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable, ensuring our drinks were always topped up and plates swiftly changed. Her genuine smile and passion for her work really stood out.Thank you Tung Lok for a wonderful dining experience—we’ll definitely be back!查看更多

TungLok Seafood at Park Regis is one of my favourite Chinese restaurants in Singapore. The food is premium quality yet reasonably priced, offering authentic local flavours at a great value compared to similar restaurants. The staff were generous with vouchers for September promotions, adding to the overall enjoyable experience. Highly recommended for seafood lovers!查看更多

Read the full review at http://thehungrybunnie.blogspot.com/2012/05/suite-23-park-regis.htmlThe restaurant's simple but classic chic design, double storeied-high ceilings and natural light flooding through its floor-to-ceiling windows running through the entire length of the restaurant immediately greet you when you step into the lobby of the hotel lobby. The restaurant was barely filled, and mostly occupied by lawyers (easily recognizable from their black and white court attire) and their clients who'd walked over from the sub courts in the midst of their trials. A quick glance through the somewhat limited menu proved the mainly local fare to be really quite cheap, with most mains costing not more than 20 bucks. We took up the 3-course set lunch though, made up of continental and European cuisine which aren't available on the ala carte menu. The dishes were pretty commendable, service was a bit filmsy but discreet and helpful, and ambience very low-key and quiet. We had:1) Potato, Artichoke, Egg, Olives and Roasted Almond Salad: one of the two starter choices, not bad, except for the whites of the poached egg, which was just a smidge overcooked. The spicy lemon and caper dressing provided a refreshing lift to the warm salad though2) The heavy prawn base of the Cream of Shellfish Bisque, glazed with cognac and topped with garlic shrimp, was a bit rich and one-dimensional for me. It was lacking in depth but too cloying, and I ended up peppering this a lot. The shrimp was good though, sweet and crunchy3) Pan-Seared Norwegian Salmon Fillet: crisp skin and moist flesh, topped with grilled cabbage and watercress, and drizzled with a roasted garlic and balsamic teriyaki sauce. I'd asked for any parsley to be held off, and so they gave me a bacon and salted cabbage stir-fry instead of a parsley-filled dumpling. Good service there for sure4) Roasted Ribeye Roulade stuffed with bacon: pretty good as well, moist and juicy, served with pan-roasted vegetables, onions and gherkin and with a drizzling of sweet port wine glazed brown sauce5) White Chocolate Trifle: too sweet, the cringe-worthy passionfruit coulis topping balanced it out with its sour elements. Forest berries compote and fresh raspberries and strawberries completed the so-so dessert. Disclaimer: I really am not a fan of white chocolate anyway查看更多

Located at the lobby of Park Regis Hotel, Suite 23 has a very relaxing ambience, spacious too. For $28++, you can enjoy a platter that consists of four different types of dessert, as well as free flow of coffee and tea. Creme brulee is very smooth and the caramelized topping is perfectly done. The apple crumble is my top pick out of all. It's very crunchy, with handful of almonds in there, enhancing the flavour by far. Together with the warmed apple chunks, it makes a gorgeous dessert! The lemon tart is quite refreshing, and the tiramisu is well-balanced in terms of the coffee and liquior flavour.Make yourself comfy on the couch and do some reading here is absolutely a great way to spend your lazy weekend I would say.查看更多

There's no denying that Suite 23 is a fancy place. But I must tell you, it's worth your money. Having tried dinner there one time, I went straight for their signature dish-the 650gm Angus Porterhouse Steak, medium rare. When the waiter handed me my order, I was shocked by how big the size is. I know that steaks have big servings but I felt like this was one just humongous. It could take me a week to finish that whole slab. Despite its thickness, it was served really tender and juicy. They have five sauces which can complement this dish. I preferred the hollandaise. =)After having a few slices, the taste became monochromatic so I decided to eat something different. And so, I had their chocolate tiramisu. The alcohol taste was very strong, but I still liked it. 查看更多
