One of the best oyster omelette, their oyster is medium and very fresh, omelette very crispy, taste very nice with chilli, one thing is that you have to wait a while for your omelette on peak hours, really a lot of orders, fresh ingredients with unique mixing of flour, it tastes very nice unlike some omelette which is sometimes soggy. we love the crispiness of eggs and flour, which is unique to this stall. 繼續閱讀

This is probably one of the best oyster omelette in Singapore. The starch is impossibly crispy with lots of oyster taste within it. The batter was not too oily, the chef having drained the oil out before serving. The starch also had a good mixture of flour and the sticky thing that gives it its unique taste. The oysters were also quite fresh and generous (there were 5 of them). Love it! 繼續閱讀

Walk further down along Upper Serangoon Road and you will hit the famed Ponggol Nasi Lemak which perpetually attracts crowds. You could stopover for a plate of nasi lemak, but I will definitely head further down to another old time stall selling fabulous Oyster Omelette or more fondly known to us as “Orh Luak”. This stall was originally located at the coffee shop with the hokkien mee stall but they have moved down the road. You won’t miss the stall; it is just located next to the Ponggol Nasi Lemak stall and there is a huge yellow sign with the chinese characters “后港六条石” above the stall. Seeing the uncle fry each batch of oyster omelette is also a sight to behold as he skillfully swipes his spatula across the frying pan atop a big fire stove. For $5 a plate, you really get a piece of Orh Luak heaven; many huge and fat pieces of juicy oysters adorn each plate of egg omelette fried to crispy perfection mixed with some bits of clumpy chewy potato starch blobs. Chuck your diet aside and just dig in to this oh-so-sinful-cholesterol-laden dishes!! Do visit http://mrfoodnotes.blogspot.sg/2013/03/a-stone-throws-away-from-kovan-mrt-and.html 繼續閱讀

Simon Road Fried Oyster is situated at a coffee shop that share the same as Ponggol Nasi Lemak. So U wont miss this stall when you having lasi lemak. We order the Fried omelette oyster instead of the oyster omelette.$5 for a plate.Waiting time 15 minute. When our meal come, first you can see that the oyster is fat and meatly.+ point for this. But they cook in a way that they dont mixed together with the omelette. So you be eat a omelette and oyster on the side.Should order the other type next time. 繼續閱讀
