Hence, i am recommending this particular stall, Hua Kee. There are lots of variety of seafood to choose from, stingray to clams to fish to prawns. The food is especially tasty compare to the rest. Recommend all to try.If you have eaten this before, you know that typical mee goreng are just spicy and dry, sometimes you can just taste the strong yellow mee taste. However, this is actually taste sweet and spicy, abit of limey taste which enhance the Mee goreng flavours. Whats more, seafood mee goreng!!! Seafood such as prawns and squids are cooked together. The dish is big enough for 2-3 person to share.At first i thought it will be like the shape of what others are seling, round small circle shape of Ngoh Hiang. But it turn out to be big and cut into a oval shape. The Ngoh Hiang consist of various meats like minced pork and prawn and vegetables and other ingredients, which are then rolled inside a beancurd skin and deep-fried. It is served with in house-special sweet sauce.Just by eating this alone is already very delicious. The meat is well marinated and juicy. Dipped into the sweet sauce to try out different combination between the ngoh hiang and the sauce.Hot, hot and hot!! Very spicy chili sauce on top of the BBQ stingray. However, i still like it alot. The stingray is juicy and not over cooked. Dipped in their sweet and sour sauce to reduce the spiciness if you cant take so spicy food.This is one of the popular food center for seafoods and after work dinner place. Alot of variety of food selection for you can be found from this stall. I especially like the food here although it maybe a bit expensive if you are eating alone. I ordered the salted egg crab. By far the worst crab I have eaten. No salted egg taste at all. Crab was fried to the point that the meat was hard and dry and the shell was brittle. So brittle that it cracks along with the hard meat that I try to yank off the shell. So tiring to fight the meat off the shell that I gave up after half a pincer. The sambal stingray and sambal vege isn't the best but at least those were the only saving grace for this meal. To be fair, I walked around the food centre after my meal to kpo about other tables who ordered crabs. Those who ordered from this stall, be it chili crab, salted egg, pepper crab all seemed to be overly fried. Well at least the chili crab wasn't so dry with the sauce poured over. 繼續閱讀

Another A-Team's Sunday dinner. Nizam is going Canada to meet his girlfriend for more than 2 weeks, so we're back at Pasir Panjang Food Center for some local food.Black pepper crayfish. Meat is tender but a little too pepperyCockles were fresh and the sambal is spicyBamboo Clams were very fresh & wasn't over cooked. since i was young , always went to Pasir Panjang Food Centre to eat night dinner with family ! till now im a teenager i still went there with my family for night dinner .but as now we seldom went there already , as we are getting older time spend together is lesser . anyway , went to Pasir Panjang Food Centre on the sunday ! its hard to get a table ! seats . but after walking and finding we finally found it ! so after we seated down . we straight went to the hua kee seafood stall , as we always eat their seafood ! no change (; this are the food we ordered . its like eating it with family .i love it ! enjoy very much with my family . 繼續閱讀
