I ordered the salted egg crab. By far the worst crab I have eaten. No salted egg taste at all. Crab was fried to the point that the meat was hard and dry and the shell was brittle. So brittle that it cracks along with the hard meat that I try to yank off the shell. So tiring to fight the meat off the shell that I gave up after half a pincer. The sambal stingray and sambal vege isn't the best but at least those were the only saving grace for this meal. To be fair, I walked around the food centre
