I was there for my favourite wanton mee and i decided to take away a serving of braised pig's trotter to have it for dinner at home. It came with quite a few pieces of chunky meat in it. The texture of these meat was soft and tender. It did not taste as oily as expected. It has a light soya sauce taste that i liked. They added in some lettuce before served. It goes well with the rice.
