I have just received a box of 6 egg tarts from imperial treasure bakery about a few hours ago.It is so good that I must pen it down. The egg tarts were still warm when they reached my house (5 MRT stops away). I tried one and it got me hooked! The egg tarts cost $1.30 each and were slightly bigger than usual egg tarts. On top of that , they have this biscuit texture crust which was really crunchy yet melt in the mouth. Beside that, the combination of the soft egg custard and the yummy crust is totally heavenly, it was like orgasm in the mouth. I was left feeling really happy after eating.I would recommend this value for money egg tarts to anybody. But do bear in mind, the eggs tarts taste better while hot as when it's cold, the crust is slightly softer.

For a light lunch, I decided to munch on their Polo Buns and try their famous egg tarts.Hong Kong Crispy Polo BunI like the crispiness and tastiness of the crust on top on the bun. It still taste good even when it's only butter in it. The bread is also quite soft and easy to bite onEgg tartsMy favourite egg tart and probably one of the best I've ever eaten! The crust is so crispy and does not break easily. The egg is a bit watery, not too dry. Awesome!

Imperial treasure bakery has very nice egg tarts. These egg tarts are different from the ones that you get in the restaurant though, they are much bigger in size and the pastry is a different type too, not being the flaky type. The egg tart is pretty big and costs around $1-$2 when you eat them hot the custard is smooth and silky and the taste is really yummy. I really enjoyed this!

The egg tarts here are absolutely amazing. To me it is the best I have eaten in Singapore! Definitely a lot better than other chains. The egg tart here is not the flaky type which is crumbly sweet and fragile. The custard is only lightly sweetened such that it is not too sweet. The tart is freshly baked and served warm so it is best to eat on the spot! Even the plastic bag has condensation from the warmth of the tart!

FoodMy first trip to 100am at Tras Street. Imperial Treasure bakery is there! White as the main color of its furnishing, it brings up a feeling that the bakery has a very clean and bright environment. Was amazed by the logo or the sign near the sides of the shops. Feels so grand!Purchased the polo bun. Crust are crispy and great. Taste with abit powerdy with small little rocks (crumbs) and the taste is like sugar over butter. Not bad! Not to forget about their bread. They are soft too! Talking about this luncheon meat with egg bun, I feel so like in Hong Kong. The egg is scrambled and abit wet, felt so good when a bit of water came out of it when we bite it.ServiceService is moderate.AmbienceThe shop is very prominent as it situated somewhere around the centre of the mall whereby when you step into the mall, you will see lots of attractive buns through the transparent panes of Imperial Treasure!PricePrice is average.Recommendations / TipsThe shops in 100 AM closes very early so be there early to avoid disappointment.
