The hawker centre is quite empty at night at around 8pm when I went and there isn't much choices of food left. I decided to order from the zi char stall as the food will be served hot. I ordered a plate of crispy noodle at $4. The waiting time is quite fast since it is really over the peak dinner hours. I ordered a plate of crispy noodle at $4. The waiting time is quite fast since it is really over the peak dinner hours. The sheng mian comes with slices of fishcake, lean meat, two prawns and vegetables. The noodles are very tasty with the gravy as there is still a slight crispiness when I bite into the noodles although I have softened it by mixing with the gravy. The gravy is not too salty or thick and I did not feel very thirsty after eating. In addition, the prawns are also fresh and for the price, I thought the ingredients given are ample. I will definitely patronise them again.
