Lai Ji Zi Zhi Bao Dian Dian Xin was awarded for their fine culinary skills by Singapore Food Map.The Char Siew Chee Cheong Fun (rice noodle) skin is silky and delicate. The overall seasonings for these Siew Mai are pretty bland. These dumplings served open-faced. There were no sweetness from the minced fatty pork. Fortunately, the sweet chill sauce provided has added some flavour to the overall Siew Mai.
