I love their wanton noodles. The wanton is juicy and big and the texture of the noodles is al dante, i do not like noodles that are too soggy. The soup base although look blend but it is quite tasty Most people will order the 8 flavors Xiao Long Boa, which consist of Foie Gras, cheese, Original, Ginseng, Black Truffle, crab roe, Garlic and Szechuan. My favourite is Foie Gras and Ginseng. This is a cold dish. Chicken with Chinese cooking wine. The meat of of the chicken is chewy, I do not like meat that are too soft like fish and the cooking wine enhance the flavour of the chicken Sliced pork with spicy garlic sauce. the pork is a combination of lean and fat meat, however it does not taste too fatty. It is boiled hence, the spicy sauce is needed to add flavours to the meant Fried red bean pastry. It is fluffy like soufflé and inside is red bean fillings and coated with icing sugar. Recently, my friend and I are on the lookout for the best xiao long bao in Singapore which is why we went around trying different restaurants xiao long baos. Our next stop happens to be Paradise Dynasty, which, if I am not mistaken, is the restaurant that offered the colourful xiao long baos first. The tray of 8 xiao long baos, consisting of 8 different flavours: original, black truffle, cheese, garlic, ginseng, foie gras, crab roe and szechuan, costs $14.80. There are eight different flavours and we each ate 8 of them by ourselves. Personally, I felt that the taste of the different xiao long baos are not very distinct for certain flavours. If I were to eat the xiao long baos blindfolded, I wouldn’t have known that it was a different flavoured one. That said, certain flavours are more distinct. I loved the Szechuan and crab roe best. The Szechuan flavoured xiao long bao has a nice spicy taste to it which I love since I enjoy spicy food (though it is just a little hint of spice). The crab roe xiao long bao on the other hand, is especially fragrant as it as a hint of savouriness and sweetness from the crab roe. I found the cheese flavour to be distinctively weird as I felt the cheese did not go well with the soupy xiao long bao filling. So one evening I suddenly had this strong craving for some good Xiao Long Bao (Steamed Soup Dumpling) and then I thought of the colorful ones served at Paradise Dynasty 2. Before reading their menu, we've ordered some good Water Chestnut ($2.40) & Barley ($2.40) to quench our thirst. The Signature 8 Dynasty Xiao Long Bao ($14.80) is said to be their key offering in their menu. From the original (white), sze chuan (pink), ginseng (green), crabroe (orange), garlic (grey), cheese (yellow), foie gras (brown) and black truffle (black), all of them were impeccably amazing flavours containing plump meat & delicious soup beneath. My favorite will always be the black truffle and foie gras because they have left me with an unforgettable taste. The restaurant also offers some good noodle dishes which made me ordered the Vegetable Pork Dumpling La Mian ($8.80). It may look bland and simple but one learning point about eating, never judge before trying! I enjoyed every bit of this. My eating buddy has also ordered the Shanghai Fried Rice ($10.80) and honesty, it's really good! The rice was really fragrant and flavoured along with good waxed meat and fresh shrimp. In addition to the excellent quality food, the service here can also make your day. Just a normal dinner at Paradise Dynasty, we ordered 2 bowls of pork La Mian, 8 of the colourful xiao long bao, redbean/chocolate puff and osthamus jelly "soup" as desserts. Honestly, I felt the La Mian was really really normal, nothing special for the price (which I can get nicer ones from similar Chinese restaurants). The main highlight I feel was the colourful xiao long baos which comes in 4 different flavours - they even gave us this slip of paper that says which flavour to eat first in order to get optimum tasting experience. The desserts though were quite ok - the puff would be better with more filling; and I'm not a fan of the jelly so my boyfriend ate it. Would probably return if I am craving for the xiao long bao. Took away the Beef Hor Fun ($10.80) for dinner the other day. I like this hor fun! It wasn't too oily or too greasy. There were enough scallions and spring onions to balance out the beefy taste that was infused in the hor fun. The hor fun was not clumpy so it was easy to consume. Furthermore, the staff was very generous with the amount of green chili that I could take away. She even offered to pack more for me upon request. Very helpful! I love Paradise Dynasty for its good food! This is the Yang Zhou Fried Rice ($10.80). It has char siew, prawns, eggs and spring onions. I love Paradise Dynasty's prawns as they are always juicy, succulent and crunchy. Although the rice was fried, it was not oily. This fried rice goes very well with the chili that they provide. Bear in mind that Paradise Dynasty charges a $1 misc. fee that includes tea, chili and napkins. I really enjoyed eating those red chilli oil pork dumpling. So when my family went to Paradise Dynasty for dinner and each ordered a main course, I opted to ordered their ala carte red chilli oil pork dumpling with a bowl of white rice. I never can wait to eat it whole the moment it is served fresh and piping hot, scalding my tongue in the process.I would love to try all the 8 flavours, this outlet however only served 4. All were perfect, skin thin and even throughout, delicate but strong enough to contain just the right amount of filling and juice inside. This time round when i went to Paradise Dynasty 2, i decided to try something new, i ordered their sze chuan style poached sliced fish on top of the pot stickers (guo tie/dumpling) i ordered. The portion of this sze chuan style poached sliced fish is really huge, they served it in those noodles size bowl. there were A LOT of slices of fish and vegetables. inside there are two kinds of vegetables, the bean sprout and the cabbage. I must warn all those who are not really chilli eaters that this dish is SPICY. i dunno is it that i accidentally ate the mala chilli pepper seed, my whole mouth went numb from spiciness and the nose started running. the stomach did churn a bit after a while. the kind manager saw my red face and told me that i can order less spicy next time. i think this is a good dish to go with rice, a lot of fish and vegetable. the gravy was thick and went well with rice. just too spicy for me. oh ya the fish was really fresh, very smooth and sweet, soft texture. such a large portion only $18.80. i reckon it was feed a large family!…查看更多

We ordered two sets of xiaolongbao at the newly opened PD at choa chu kang Lot One. Tried their signature dish of eight different kinds of xiaolongbao - Original, Garlic, Ginseng, Foie Gras, Black Truffle, Cheese, Crab Roe, and Szechuan. And we also had one dish of six original xiaolongbao. It's affordable for the price given and taste was good!Also I had their signature La Mian with braised pork belly. The broth was good and the la mian was tasty and filling. However, personally, I would have preferred if the soup was less oily. The portion was just nice, and xiaolongbao was enough for a group of four I would say. Thank god it has another outlet that is much more convenient for me. So I ordered the Fried Rice on my virgin trip there. It was not bad but pretty pricey I must say. I went to paradise dynasty at lot one with my girlfriend for dinner. We ordered a couple of dishes to share. I dish with I particularly like is the sze chuan fried kung bao chicken. The chicken is cut into cubes. I guess they got marinate the chicken with dried chilli before deep frying cos the chicken is quite spicy. Despite being deep fried, it still taste very juicy.
