A craze for ice started again during these stuffy days, I followed my colleague to enjoy this dessert located at Chong Pang Market. Decent stall with choices of hot, warm and cooling desserts, you will sure have your favourite one.Soothing blended ice, I had mine with only sweet corns. Sweetly and yummy, it was satisfying indeed. I scooped my colleague’s bowl, Chendol was actually tasted better. Gula Melaka was fragrant, coconut milk was richly poured. $1.60 each bowl.

Black glutinous rice dessert has always been an old favourite. The malay name of this dessert is Pulut Hitam. It has got an aromatic smell with an unique sweetness. The black glutinous rice is cooked till thick and creamy then added in the coconut milk to enhance its taste and flavor. This is a rather rich dessert. Though this particular one is not the best i ever tasted but good enough to satisfy my craving.
