Though I was not a fan of Curry Noodles, but I was always the curious diner. I wanted to try “the most famous stall” from my friend’s mouth, he highly recommended the stall located at a humble neighbourhood hawker. Situated at Bedok area, the stall was good maintained and clean. Self-service basis, friendly ladyboss to serve patrons.Chilli paste added was seasoned well without preservative creamer, yet full of coconut milk fragrance. There was pleasant savouriness, soup was fiery red in colour. Flavour was mild and not too spicy, warmly soupy in every spoon. The bowl was the old-style version, chicken was freshly tender without overcooked. Nicely spice aroma, yellow noodles were wholly absorb its essence. $4.00 for my lunch, the price was quite wallet friendly.…查看更多
We have been looking at the stall for quite sometime & since colleague was craving for curry noodle, so he drove to Bedok Market. We ordered 9 packets of curry noodle. When we went back, we were quite disappointed as the curry doesn't have the curry fragrant, It taste more like laksa. No potato can be found in the curry also. Only some tao pok, few slices of fishcake & a few pieces of chicken.…查看更多
I was craving for some yummy curry chicken for dinner today and my parents went to takeaway from the usual stall we always go to. It is in Bedok which sells the famous curry chicken noodles! They then went to buy baguettes from Delifrance to pair it with our curry chicken! I love the thickness of the curry but it was too spicy for me! I didn't care though that I was tearing because it was just too shiok! The chicken was tender and potatoes were soft as well. …查看更多
鸡尾肉 is the bestple of times already, although the queue is not as long as chinatown one but it sure dishes as good standard of curry chicken as them. Its pretty much SOP for me to order ji wei round and rice $4.50. I dun usually add chilli but this occasion i scoop myself a saucer separately, choosing not to add it to the curry soup itself. I added the dark red belacan style chilli to my rice gravy meat combination and I was blown away its not as spicy as I thought it would be. Perhaps I was lucky maybe boss put more sugar in the chilli preparation today:-) Dun be deceive by the chilli oil its not too spicy and went very very well with the chicken parts, taupok and even the rice. Its going to be a new SOP from now and the chilli to go along is a must!…查看更多
