Really glad to eat this at my auntie's house even though is not the usuall chinese new year period. The minced meat used in it is very tender and juicy and the winner secret is definitely the fragrant marination sauce used in it. This barberqued meat is so delicious that you will surely be craving for more after your first, second and even the sebsequent pieces, just endlessly want for more.

Bee Cheng Hiang's bakkwa boasts the highest quality of meat hand weaved using a traditional bamboo sieve. It is smothered slowly for hours over live coals in our secret recipe.
