Roasted Chicken Noodle

I went late for lunch. Their wanton mee already sold out. The Uncle asked me whether i want roasted chicken noodle. I said ok. The roasted chicken is quite a lot with a lot of noodle too. The roasted chicken is very tasty. The chicken is the breast part but not tough at all. They added a lot of spring onion to eat with the roasted chicken and noodle. The noodle is quite springy and nice.

Delicious Chicken

Today must be my lucky day. I got the half of their last chicken before they closed for the day. This stall is located at the remote part of the food centre. I can tell that most of their customers are their regulars that faithfully following them for a while. The taste of the chicken is in between the roasted chicken and the soya sauce chicken. It did come with a slightly crispy skin. They served it with their special sauce. I could taste a hint of ginger taste in the sauce. The texture of the

I can tell that most of their customers are their regulars that faithfully following them for a while. The taste of the chicken is in between the roasted chicken and the soya sauce chicken. It did come with a slightly crispy skin. They served it with their special sauce. I could taste a hint of ginger taste in the sauce. The texture of the chicken was succulent. My partner was kinda skeptical initially but after tasted it, she agreed that the $10 for half of such chicken is worth the value.

You might be turned off a bit by the presentation of this plate of noodle but do not be deceived by its appearance. It tasted much better than its look. This stall is strongly recommended by a few foodies so i came purposely to try them out. I was there at about 2 pm. Most of the foods have already sold out then. I ordered the dumpling noodle that came with 5 plump dumplings in a bowl of flavorful soup for only $3. The filling of the dumplings was simply minced meat and chopped spring onions. I

One of the best Soya Sauce Chicken in Singapore. In my opinion this is the third best soya sauce chicken! First, Cross Street Chiew Kee, second, Soya Sauce chicken stall at waterloo street... argh cant remember the name.Fried is yummy!Dumpling soup not bad!This is third but nevertheless very good. WHy is this ranked third simply because if you eat the chicken plain, without the condiment, the flavour for Fatty Ox is not strong, not as tasty and a little salty.  This is third but nevertheless very good. WHy is this ranked third simply because if you eat the chicken plain, without the condiment, the flavour for Fatty Ox is not strong, not as tasty and a little salty. On the other hand, the first two stall can be eaten plain and it is still extremely flavourful. What is so special about this then? The toppings, the condiments on the chicken. The chicken is topped with ginger sauce which is So so wonderful!
