Abit history on Yap Kee Wanton Noodles stall, they are located in Holland Drive Market and Food Centre before the renovation but soon moved to a coffeeshop in Blk 442 Clementi Ave 3 and now I have found them back in Holland Drive Market and Food Centre. As far as I can remember, what makes them different is the special egg noodle that was springy than the normal Mee Kia
we had, on top of that their dumplings skin was slippery and fillings was fragrant. Best to eat them with chilli , shiok! There was an unique taste from the soup which somehow reminds me of hints of prawns taste from the Wanton Mee in Hong Kong, remarkable! Having said that they had received the Top 10 in the city under the category of Wanton Mee. If you are seeking for some JB taset of Wanton mee, this is probably the best choice. Apart from so many Wanton Noodles I have eaten in Singapore, you can truly tell the difference from Yap Kee Noodles at your first mouthful.
