MY meeting ended early. I was here to take away dinner for myself and partner. I decided to have the roasted duck and roasted pork rice. The roasted duck has been roasted well to achieve the smoky flavor and the crispy layer on its skin. The meat still have its tenderness retained. The roasted pork is another good choice. The well seasoned pork was nicely roasted to have the crispiness on its skin and the slightly saltish flavor of the meat without overpowering it. The thick gooey braised sauce goes well with the meats and rice.
