They are quite nice because the (菜脯) salted and dried radish added the extra texture to the dish. You can choose if you want the black carrot cake to be salty or sweet. Since I like to eat slightly sweet carrot cake, i choose sweet black carrot cake, which has a comfortable sweetness level. To get know to the salty taste of white carrot cake, i think the white carrot cake is also delicious, crispy outside while quite soft inside. The chilli spread on the surface of the white carrot cake also flavours the delicious white carrot cake. The cost of $2 make them worthwhile.
