My girlfriend was craving for some nice zi char so we drove two chefs. They have really nice drunkard cockles and butter ribs. I never tasted such butter ribs elsewhere before, theirs is really unique, got this powdery substance on the ribs. My girlfriend said it looks a little bit like snow. The ribs are very tender and the sauce coating it was really good. The drunkard cockles was our favourite dish. They really use very fresh cockles, you can taste the naturally sweetness of the cockles. The
