The Fried Kway Teow ($4 for large) here is done the traditional way, with glorious lard, Chinese sausage (i.e. lup cheong), fishcakes and fried to savoury smoky perfection. Half a wedge of lime provides a unique refreshingly sour lift to the heavy grease of this local classic. If you're gonna use up half a day's worth of calories on a plate of grease, you better make sure it's worth it. And trust me, this is well worth the extra hours on the treadmill

The FoodI ordered the fried Bee Hoon, very well marinated in sauce with cockles, fish cakes, sausages, prawns and vegetables. Everything blended very well with just the right amount of sweetness. It tasted heavenly and really enjoyed it and liked it it alot. Overall, the ingredients are all very fresh and the vegetables are crunchy and juicy also.The PriceReasonably priced at $3.00 per plateOverallI will definitely come back again and highly recommended to try this!

Last few days ago, my secondary friends who came to visit Singapore went back to Malaysia.they went back by bus and before they depart, we went to the hawker center in the beach road to have dinner.I had ordered the fried kway teow. The fried kway teow smell very fragrance and it tasted nice too. The seafood of the dish which was the prawn tasted fresh too. Although it was a little too oily, but overall it still tasted delicious.

This Ipoh Hor fun is somewhat like fried kway teow except that it is white in colour. It is really very tasty and fragrant. I love the prawns especially! It is transparent , sweet, juicy and succulent! The noodles are normal noodles not those thick or overly thin ones. This dish is not too wet, kinda dry and oily though but still it is really delicious!
