The roasted duck here usually is my ideal choice of food when come to holding a party and gathering at home. I will normally buy back at least 2 whole ducks (which the stall owners will chop for me) and to go along with other dishes such as fried bee hoon and fried rice. The duck meat here is tender and juicy. Love those really fragrant roasted duck skin which really bring this dish to another level of tasty goodness that you will surely want to crave for more. Their chilli sauce is also equally delicious too!
