Whenever I craving for hokkien mee, this Ah Kim Hokkien mee will surely be one of my ideal choice. At the price of $4.80 per big serving, you will surely feel very filling after eating it. Love those crunchy not too oily pork crunch in it which make this dish very tasty. The noodles are very chewy and not over cooked. Fresh squid rings and crunchy sweet prawns are served in this dish as well. THe chilli paste is not that spicy and goes very well with the noodles. Stall is clean and staffs are quite friendly. Dining environment is cooling as well.

I like the hokken mee here as they serve your food to your table really fast and efficient. The portion of it is quite generous and especially love their geneous amount of the crispy pork cubes topped on it which make this noodle dish really fragrant. The prawns and sotong rings in it are very fresh. The noodles use here taste really chewy and the secret weapon for this hokkien noodles is the thick prawn stock which they used to cook this dish. The presentation of it looks decently good and I believe there are regular uncles or auntie who are just like me prefer this dish over the other dishes serve in this foodcourt.
