At one look you will see there are many (more than 5 I think?) stalls in Chomp Chomp selling Satays to the hungry diners coming in for some late night supper. As I haven't heard from any recommendation to which stall should I patronized for the satay, I decided to just get my satays from the nearest stall from where I sit - Ang Sa Lee Satay. Ang Sa Lee sounds very familiar, like I've heard from somewhere... but nevertheless, I placed my order with this friendly looking auntie - 5 muttons and 5 chicken satays. Was feeling quite full so I skipped the ketupat. My order was fast, within 10 minutes of waiting time. I thought the satay will be lukewarm since it is being served fast but I was wrong. It was actually very hot, like fresh from the satay grill. The size of the satay is just nice. The marination is good, though a bit dry for both the mutton and chicken. The satay sauce is "gelat", filled with grinded pineapple puree.

Satay with ketupat (Malay Rice dumpling) . The satay is sweet, juicy, easy to chew and swallow. Great BBQ skills! The meat is flavourful and delicious. As for the rice dumpling, it's cooked and soft. Mixed with the satay sauce, it's heavenly perfect! Short waiting time, nice food and service. Will definitely be back for more !
