It was a small takeaway located at the basement of the shopping mall. It offered crackling or caramel roast pork. Its Signature Donburi was made of the roast pork with top grade Shokaku short-grain rice, house sauce, homemade crunchy pickles and crispy chili. Topup $1 for onsen egg which gave the rice an extra texture. The crispy chilli was not very spicy and tasted like Hae Bee Hiam (spicy dried shrimps) to me. I wished that I had asked for more. The pickled carrots and cucumber was quite appetizing and tangy in taste. The roasted pork was juicy and crispy on top.The staff was very friendly, asking if I want topup for onsen egg, followed by asking if I want chilli. She even held the bag for me while I was keeping my changes.
