One layer was the glutinous rice that has a light blue colour and it was topped with a generous layer of the grated coconut that has been cooked in coconut sugar. Was at Hougang Festive Market so deliberately went tothe Best Price 99 Confectionary to buy some kueh. I had the Tapioca cake and another type of kueh. Since young, I love to eat tapioca cake. It was dry and that was the normal texture, but you can the tapioca taste and there were even got tapioca bits in it. Very nice. As for the other kueh, it was very smooth and sprongy.
