Botejyu Yatai - Food Junction (已結業)

Actually I am not really sure what this dish is called as my son placed my order for me, but I guess you can look out for salmon and rice on their menu. The dish is served in a hot plate and there is some sort of gravy poured over the rice which makes the rice really fragrant. The slice of salmon is quite small, and perhaps it is on the hot plate, the salmon ended up being rather hard as it seemed to be slightly overcooked. I was planning to dine in Food Junction after shopping in Junction8.I came across this stall called Botejyu Yatai, having promotions.I ordered the Pork + Egg Yakisoba at approximately 7 or 8 dollars.The noodles were extremely hot, served in a hotplate.The noodles were springy and chewy.
