This pandan cake is well like by my whole family. it is very soft in texture and really love the pandan flavour of it as it does not taste artifical at all which unlike some of the pandan cakes which we bought elsewhere. It is also quite moist so is not that difficult to swallow in. Have it with a cup of coffee or tea will certainly perfect your teabreak. Normally a whole cake will be able to share among four to six people.
