We went there for a late lunch after shopping at Takashimaya. Food
The seafood chowder is creamy with bits of chopped clam and it is tasty. It comes with a slice of bread.
The Mixed Berry Milkshake taste like mixed berries yogurt but creamy. It is not the thick type of milkshake as you can drink from the straw. It is not too sweet or sour and has nice forest of the berries taste. I had a sip of my Sis's chocolate milkshake. It taste like slightly thicken chocolate milk.
The chicken was well grilled yet the meat was tender. It comes with grilled prawns and corn on the cob.
The lightly battered fish is served with spaghetti and vegetables.
The brownie is served on top of chocolate sauce and has a topping of nuts and cherry.Service
I rate a 2 for Service as the store makes 2 mistakes but has 1 good service.
Firstly it gave the wrong credit card back to my mum and she did not realise until the bank called her. Luckily we were still shopping at Takashimaya. Secondly they did not apply the 50% discount on our 2 Cajun Main course even though we ordered 2 milkshake to go with it.
When we order 2 hot lemon tea at $3 a cup, they did not inform us of the Brownie Tea time promotion where you get a choice of brownie with hot tea/coffee at $2.80 even thought it was already tea time. I asked the manager if I could change my dad's hot lemon tea to normal tea to enjoy the promotion, she agreed. That is why they did not earn the lowest score of 1 for service.
Overall the food is tasty but service need to be improved and the lighting should be brighter.
