Crystal Jade My Bread (已結業)

This whole coffee swiss roll cake from this bakery shop was my favourite during tea break. This whole piece is good to cut into good six pieces that can serve 5 to 6 people. The cake texture is very moist and soft, and the coffee flavour is rich and fragrant. Easy to chew and almost like melt in your mouth. The counter staffs are friendly and fast in service. The shop is clean and neat as well.

Crystal Jade My Bread offers quality Hong Kong and European-style buns, pastries, bread, festive gift packs and an innovative design of cakes I bought their chocolate twist bun! Because I like chocolate..The chocolate bun is topped with almonds !the twist bun is interesting as inside the bun...there are layered of chocolate !But I find the dough was more than the chocolate itself.Will be back to try other buns
