As today's workshop is about kampong community, the buffet is decorated to the theme. There are stalls serving Bamboo Putu, Kacang Puteh wrapped in paper cones and Ting Ting Candy. The bamboo putu is served hot and reminds me of mini mochi balls covered in grated coconut. The ting ting candy is chopped on the spot and packed into small packs. A sweet that is seldom seen these days and tastes unique with its milky taste.The kacang puteh stalls serves a variety of nuts from sugar coated peanuts, roasted peanuts, mixed nuts and chick peas. But the stall getting the most attention must be the Ice Cream Push Cart which serves old school mixed flavoured ice cream in colored bread. The ice cream bread is yummy good and reminds most of us of our younger days.There is also the usual buffet line which has a great spread of food ranging from Fried Rice, Fried Mee Goreng, Yam Ring, Curry Vegetable, Spicy Chicken, Seafood Fritter, Samosa, Siew Mai, to Satay.For drinks, there is hot coffee and tea, as well as, ice cold Lychee Drink which tastes refreshing.There is also Honey Sea Coconut Fruit Cocktail for dessert.There is a separate buffet line for those who are having vegetarian food. The serving is huge and more than enough to go around. The food is delicious and yummy.

Singapore Kindness Movement engaged their catering services for Let's Makan Party last evening in Esplanade Room. I found that they are very prompt, efficient and professional.Quality: Food was yummy after trying the curry chicken and it tasted nice. I think that's what everyone goes for due to their satisfactory services. From the above pictures, you can see they had a good serving size.Fried Rice and Curry Chicken made a decent Asian Western meal and this is one of the best caterers out there in the market. In addition, Deli Hub Catering Pte. Ltd. (Halal certified) is a subsidiary of Neo Garden (non halal).I am so eager to try their TeaBreak & Lunch Delivery soon.

2 of my friends celebrated their son's birthday over the weekend and they catered mini-buffet from Delihub. Delihub has always been top on our catering list be it at work, or personal cos their food taste/ standard never fails us. They took up the package B of Mini Buffet (does not comes with warmer & the pretty table setting) which comes with 8 items @ $14.99Cereal Fish - Cereal is very nice with the fragrant of curry leaves, but the fish is slightly dryTempura Prawn is very soft & not oilyMini Chocolate Puff is nice with sweet chocolate fillingYong Chow fried Rice is nice with generous servings of crab bitesCurry Chicken (+$0.50/pax) is our all-time favorite! The curry is fragrant yet not too spicy, chicken is tender & potato is soft.

We had a surprise birthday celebration for our boss! Lunch in in the office by ordering food from Deli Hub. Deli hub Catering is a halal caterer so it suits us as we have malay staffs. They have promotion for set menus during weekdays for example the Mini buffet that we ordered was only S$12.88 per person instead of S$13.88 per person for a selection of 8 dishes! Thai pineapple fried rice is quite tasty. Rice not too soggy and quite fragrant. Steam Har Kau is good too. Filling is generous and fresh. Rendang chicken is so so to me though. It's not spicy and don't have a lot of potatoes! Deli Chap Chye is among one of the best dishes ordered! No wonder it's the first dish to be finished! Healthy and crunchy! Sotong Yu Tiao and butter prawn was ok and not fantastic though. It's a bit wet and soggy perhaps it's not served hot.We also ordered some side dishes like mutton satay. Well this is to my dismay...meat is too hard and strong smell. The mini cream puff is my favourite though. Sweetness is just nice that i had to take 2 servings They do provide free disposable cutlery sets & sauces. However the food is delivered in disposable microwavable container, so it's best to be consumed as soon as the food arrived!
