At the first look, one only notices the cute cute looking cupcakes at the counter. So cute. At the side, there is also loaf cakes on display. Looking at the dripping looking Lemon Yogurt loaf cake, I just want to eat it at once. Each costs $4 a piece. For 3 pieces, it costs $10.Lemon Yogurt loaf cakeIt is everyone's favourite as it is soft and tart in taste.Old Black Forest loaf cakeTopped with a cherry, it is so cute looking. But the cherry is too sweet that little JJ just let go after a taste. Simple and soft cake.Carrot Cake loaf cakeSimple and soft cake with quite strong nutmeg taste. Would prefer a stronger cream cheese topping.Overall the cakes taste nice.

I always like to browse around at Dessert Cup for their pretty and colourful desserts. While I was there I decide to buy some cakes back and got Choco Banana, Toasty Almonds and Yuzu Citrus. They were going 3 for $10. If bought individually it is $4 each.Initially I was quite skeptical that the Choc Banana would not have the banana taste but I was surprised by the strong choc-banana taste at the first bite. It is really nice. The Toasty Almond is my favourite, having a slight sweet plus the almond smell. Last but not least, the Yuzu Citrus. True to its name, it has a slight citrus taste and I like that they use Yuzu instead of Lemon or Lime which is like too common. Provides a unique twist to the citrus cake.

I was hungry and did not know what to eat. I saw the crowd at the Desset.cup and wondered what so wonderful about the simple cup cake. I decded to purchase a chocolate cup cake with gold dust on top with cream.The impression given to me was the cup cake is a plain cup cake. I am not a cake fan. However, on the first bite with the cream, the aroma of the butter fragance heighten the aptitude to crave for the cake. I will consider for the second time to taste for other cakes.

The service was not very good as the staff hardly understood me when I called them over the phone, but communication was fine when I approached them face-to-face. I collected it quickly as I was in a rush and just grabbed a box with four flavours. I was really busy that day and had to rush around with it while holding onto it. When I reached home after about five hours, I popped it into the fridge and glad that it was still consumable and fresh.The box was also nicely designed and words printed on it were meaningful. It even gave the instruction of consuming it fresh. I had the yogurt lemon and the lemon is nice blended into the sponge cake but was a bit hard. Next the seaweed is recommendable as the taste is flavourful and I seldom find this flavour in cakes. It is special and I love it. The orange flavor was bright and attractive and taste of orange brightens up my day as breakfast in the morning the next day.I gave the other nut flavor to my bf to try since he was around and he thought the flavour was normal. It is easily accessible at city hall mrt basement but well I takeaway so alright. Perhaps if there tables and chair in the stall might be better to consume for people hungry for cupcakes. The place is clean as it was located in the shopping centre. Price is alright, below $10 for 1 person.

It was valentines day which i have yummy valentines muffin brought from dessert cup!! It was a surprise gift from my boyfriend!There are 6 muffin in the box which have 3 are of the same chocolate flavour and pattern. Another 3 was strawberry flavour with the different heart candy design put on the muffin! It was definitely nice, i specially like the chocolate muffin there is melted chocolate in the muffin!! Yummy! Definitely worth the try!!
