Jollybean sells two types of pancake, one type with thick and fluffy skin and another type with crispy skin. This one that I bought, is called 'stay crisp'. As the name suggests, this was a really crispy pancake! I am tempted to get it every time I passed by their stall. There are 2 flavors available: red bean and peanut.

Brought a red bean pancake for lunch. The pancake is well prepared and cooked, has a nice outer golden brown colour. The pancake is sufficiently thick, soft and spongy texture, not oily and has a light soya bean taste. As for the red bean paste, it has a soft and sufficiently thick texture sweet red bean taste, sweetness is acceptable, not too sweet. Generous amount of the red bean paste is spread onto the pancake. Others flavour include the peanut pancake. The price is very reasonable, and the pancake is suitable to be eaten at anytime of the day.

Jollibean has been around for many years with many outlets island wide. This is the closer outlet to my workplace so i tend to patronize it on a regular basis. I always get a box of pancakes with different flavours like peanut, red bean and cheese. Peanut has always been my favourite. It has got generous filling of crunch peanuts in it. Red bean tasted quite good too though a tad too sweet. The pancake is soft and moist.This is my favourite snack.

Bought the mixed pancakes from Jollibean as afternoon tea snack. You can choose the mixed flavour or only 1 particular flavour that you like in a box. It contains about 5 to 6 small pieces, but not too small. The mixed flavour consist of cheese, peanut, and red bean.The price is still reasonable. Their soya bean drink taste quite good and smooth too.

Jollibean is a perfect place for having drinks with the family, catching up with friends or just a casual hang out place with some colleagues as an alternative to Singapore restaurants. As time changes, Jollibean has always stood by on emphasizing on freshness and alone this has been putting smiles on customers faces. It is one of my favorite for breakfast. Normally I think only go for the ma chang kueh, it is thicker and not sweet, just to my favor.
