Having meat dishes most of the time while dining out, this round I would like to have simple vegetarian dishes. It could refresh my taste bud, I supposed. Considering my waistline, I just ordered a plate of shredded burdock with black sesame plus a bowl of pumpkin soup. Burdock was marinated with vinegar and sesame oil, it was really fragrance but overpowered the taste of burdock, hardly could taste the natural burdock taste though. Anyway, I like this dish as it has high fibre, hence it could cleanse my body after eating it. Pumpkin soup was just so so, really mild taste of pumpkin. A light and healthy meal, I like it.
