The creation of a fine bowl of ramen is an art which requires over 12 hours of work.
Our broth is first toilessly boiled over eight hours with filtered water without the addition of added salt and preservatives. We then pick the finest pork from Holland and have them tenderly marinated over four hours. It takes a further two hours to produce fresh Hakata style ramen in-house daily. And finally, select premium eggs from Japan are specially marinated over an hour to perfection to complete our ramen bowl.
With an insistence on using only the finest ingredients available to us and maintaining absolute freshness. We serve ramen that we are genuinely proud of.

The outlet was located at the end of the mall. Although it was dinner time, there was only one table occupied. There was no staff to welcome us at the door, so we just selected a table ourselves. There was no hardcopy of menu. Order was taken through ipad which was found under the table. Seems like there was only 2 staffs in the restaurant, with one cooking, while another served.Dinner Kanshoku Ramen Set ($17.90++)Signature rich 8-hour tonkotsu broth served with grilled charshu pieces, spring onion and black fungus, with a choice of drink and a choice of side. For drink, hot green tea was selected. As for side, chicken gyoza (3 pieces) was selected. The gyoza was steamed and served with a tangy spicy chilli sauce. The soup base for the ramen was milky and creamy, but not as salty as the usual style. There was topping as the chilli powder.Truffle Ramen ($16.90++)Hakata style Noodles tossed in Truffle Oil, Shio Kombu and topped with Black Truffle Shavings and two slices of marinated Charshu. The dish smelt quite nice of truffle oil when served. It was topped with a soft boiled egg, whose yolk flowed out easily when poked. Looked simple and plain, but tasted quite nice. The noodle texture a tab harder than the soup version.Overall the food was not bad. The place was quiet and cozy.

We ordered a selection of their three different types of ramen available with both braised charshu & pork belly:- Tokotsu - Shoyu- Flaming Hotas well as some sides:- Prawn Gyoza- Chicken KaraageFood was served fast even though the restaurant was half filled. According to their website, Kanshoku means ‘to finish eating every last bit of your food’ in Japanese. This was indeed what happened. The broth was rich and milky, so full of flavour! It doesnt leave you thristy at all unlike other places. This is because they do not use any MSG or preservatives in their food. The noodles are cooked to al dente, while the Ajitama egg was perfectly boiled so that the yolk was runny when broken open. The side were also well cooked and we wanted to order more of their gyoza but we decided on desserts instead. We ordered their:-Baked Cheesecake- Green Tea Tiramisu- Yuzu Lemon TartFor a ramen restaurant, they had really good desserts. Both were light on the palate and make a great sweet ending to the meal.Definitely a recommended place to head to for your every ramen fix.
