This pig organ soup has all the required factors for a quality bowl of it. The soup base is thick and filled with the sweetness from the ingredients and spices in it. The pig organs are not overcooked so you can still feel the chewyness and tenderness when you eat it. The salted cabbage has also enhanced the flavour of the soup as well. Great to eat it with a bowl of plain or yam rice.
